Great service from Buchanan heating engineers very clean worker and quick took care to keep me informed at all stages.

Excellent service when I called engineer he was polite asked about the job and agreed to call same day to repair boiler and gave me a quote for the repair. He arrived promptly and did the job as described, was friendly and completed the job quickly and showed what he had done also checked out for leaks and tidied up before leaving. I couldn't complain about any aspect of this repair FIRST CLASS service.

He arrived that evening, and fixed the problem, giving me hot water and heating again.
There was another alight issue with the boiler, which he came and fixed the next day. I think his price was reasonable, and the time frame / assistance from him was excellent. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a trust worthy engineer to visit their home

My mum had a new boiler fitted by Buchanan gas & heating and she was well impressed with the service provided.
Laurie had his work cut out for him as he was there all day, taking out the old boiler, rerouting pipework and fixing issues that cropped up unexpectedly.
He ensured all work was done correctly and followed up to make sure everything was still OK the following week.
My mum and dad can't thank him enough for the brilliant work he did and glad they found someone who takes pride in their work.

Laurie helped me and my family out big time, boiler packed in and came out ASAP to help as i have two young kids at home, diagnosed the problem and gave me a couple options. Supplied and fitted a new boiler and revamped the whole heating system. More than happy with the work carried out, would 100% recommend and will use his services again in future if needed.
